1. General Information
By booking and staying at NEW Estrela da Praceta Apt w/ 3 Suites & Oceanview, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all our guests.
2. Booking & Payment
• All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method.
• A tourist tax of €4 per person, per night applies to all guests aged 13 and above. This fee is not included in the booking total and must be paid separately upon check-in.
• A €250 security deposit is mandatory and must be provided in cash at check-in. This amount serves as a guarantee in case of any damages to the property. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, after an inspection of the property to ensure everything is in good condition.
3. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: [1PM]
• Check-out: [10AM]
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
4. House Rules
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please follow these guidelines:
✅ No smoking inside the property.
✅ No parties or events allowed.
✅ Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between [11PM at 7AM hours].
✅ Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
✅ Pets are not allowed
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional fees or immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
5. Damage & Liability
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Any damage must be reported immediately.
• The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
6. Force Majeure
The host is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
7. Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation, in accordance with platform policies.
Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in:
🔹 We refund 90% of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations between 30 and 20 days before check-in:
🔹 We refund 50% of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations less than 20 days before check-in:
🔹 No refund will be issued.
🔹 In case of a no-show, the reservation will be considered canceled, and no refund will be provided.
Host-Initiated Cancellations:
🔹 If the host cancels the reservation, a full refund will be issued.
